Cherry Almond Shake

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, adjust to taste
2 T almond butter – a natural source of protein designed to supply the body with nutrition to build and repair muscle
1 cup frozen cherries – are carbohydrates packed with micronutrients known to help reduce soreness
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt – with double the protein than regular yogurt, it’s designed to supply the body with nutrition to build and repair muscle
1/2 cup ices
