Homemade Granola
Jared uses all raw and organic nuts and seeds for this yummy, crunchy and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 cup honey (or natural sweetener of choice)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients, and enjoy plain or as Jared does with unsweetened almond milk.
