Café Opportunity at Civil Center Library
Scottsdale is seeking a passionate and experienced vendor to create a welcoming and dynamic café that complements the library’s mission of putting people at the heart of dynamic library services.
The Opportunity:
• Operate a café within a dedicated space of 600 square feet located in the heart of the Civic Center library at 3839 N. Drinkwater Blvd
• Cater to a diverse clientele averaging 19,000 monthly Civic Center Library visitors, including children, adults, students, professionals, and other community members.
• Offer a select menu of food and beverages, including healthy choices.
• Integrate seamlessly into the library environment, fostering a community-oriented atmosphere that encourages interaction and engagement.
Deadline for proposals is March 31, 2024, 5:00pm MST.

The highly anticipated luxury hotel promises an unparalleled experience with 11-stories and 265 rooms. Situated on the north side of Scottsdale Fashion Square, the 260,000 square-foot hotel boasts five opulent top-floor penthouse entertainment suites, each exceeding 2,000 square feet.
The new hotel also includes three restaurants, two pools, and over 20,000 square feet of meeting space. Optima McDowell Mountain Village Construction Underway in North Scottsdale
Optima is partnering with Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc. for the development of the first building within Optima McDowell Mountain Village, located on 22-acres on the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 Freeway in North Scottsdale.
With views of the majestic McDowell Mountain range as the backdrop, the community will be the first project in Arizona to be built under both the new International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and International Green Construction Code (IgCC).
