Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant Opens in Chandler

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant’s brand new location that opened on September 27 in Chandler, Arizona is the company’s second presence on the west coast. The location officially opened for lunch in Chandler Fashion Center.

Throughout the United States, the restaurant and winery brand has 46 locations in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Their existing Arizona location in the Scottsdale Promenade opened in 2020, making the new Chandler location the 47th Cooper’s Hawk restaurant.

The Cooper’s Hawk dining experience serves as a one-stop shop for those looking for the perfect casual place to wine and dine. Whatever location you may visit, you can always expect the upscale environment of a full-service winery with a full-size modern American cuisine restaurant.

Tim McEnery, Founder and CEO of the Cooper’s Hawk brand, said, “My team and I are excited to be opening our second West Coast location in Chandler. [We] do not believe wine should be intimidating or complicated. Our focus is on creating great tasting wine and helping our guests discover the ones that suit their taste. We create the wine first, then the menu. Our chefs develop dishes that pair best with each wine. Our guests tell us their dining experience is unique and unforgettable.”

At every location, including the Chandler restaurant, guests enter through a wine tasting room and gift shop. Sommeliers offer wine tasting experiences that will complement their menu selections.

The Chandler location’s general manager, Kelsey Kramer, started her Cooper’s Hawk journey bartending in Virginia, eventually moving on to management opportunities that brought her to Maryland and then Arizona.

“With the changes we have experienced in recent times, we have had to reevaluate what matters most,” she says, referring to COVID-19. “At Cooper’s Hawk we want to provide our guests with meaningful experiences that make them want to come back…I am beyond thrilled to be able to bring my experience of working on the East Coast to Arizona.”

Visit the newest Cooper’s Hawk location at 3325 Chandler Blvd. at the corner of Chandler Blvd. and Price Blvd.
