From March 20-23, Scottsdale Ferrari Art Week — the most anticipated international art and luxury lifestyle event — will debut five exclusive high-fashion runway shows produced by Phoenix Fashion Week.
“Phoenix Fashion Week is excited and proud to be the fashion vision behind the inaugural Scottsdale Ferrari Art Week. We are producing five unique designer runway shows that are a fusion of fine art and fashion,” said Brian Hill, Executive Director of Phoenix Fashion Week.
Set against the backdrop of WestWorld of Scottsdale, this four-day celebration will feature 100+ international art exhibitors, Ferrari luxury experiences, and a powerful intersection of fashion, culture, and fine art.
Topping our list of must-see events is the dual-runway show on March 20 from Indigenous designers Norma Baker-Flying Horse and Loren Aragon. Baker-Flying Horse helms the highly lauded label Red Berry Woman, which has been spotted on celebrity red carpets and was recognized as one of the best looks (worn by model Quannah Chasinghorse) at the 2024 Oscars by Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour. Baker Flying-Horse will be showing a collection of women’s couture rooted in Indigenous heritage and showcasing Plains Native designs using intricate beading and Indigenous textiles.

Aragon, the visionary leader behind menswear line Towering Stone, will showcase his line of modern, structured silhouettes inspired by Acoma Pueblo pottery and ancestral artistry. Named Emerging Designer of the Year at Phoenix Fashion Week in 2018, Aragon grew up on the Acoma reservation, immersed in creative surroundings. He credits his mother’s creative teaching, the craftsmanship of his grandmothers’ pottery, and his aunts’ garment-making as much of his inspiration today.

This not-to-be-missed show from Red Berry Woman and Towering Stone kicks off at 6 p.m. and will set the tone for a fabulous three days of fashion ahead:
