Ingredients for the dip
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1-2 minced cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado until it’s as chunky or smooth as you’d like. Add the Greek yogurt, mixing until it’s well combined. Add the garlic, lemon juice, dill, onion powder and smoked paprika, and stir until ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Add salt and pepper for taste. Top with a whole sprig of fresh dill or a sprinkle of dried dill and serve with fresh veggie sticks or whole-grain crackers.
