Simple Solutions to Restore the Earth Webinar

The Simple Solutions to Restore the Earth webinar, hosted by the City of Scottsdale, will take place on April 1 from 6-7:00 p.m., and will feature Green Living magazine publisher, Dorie Morales, in discussion about all things conscious living.

At this event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about Dorie Morales’ journey with Green Living magazine, and her guide to living a more sustainable life. She will walk attendees through a home tour, and offer simple solutions to help you live a more eco-conscious life—she walks the walk in terms in how she lives.

Guests at the Simple Solutions to Restore the Earth webinar will also learn how small changes affect everyone on the planet. Plus, you’ll hear tips for how to be more green when you live, work and play. Morales has a number of great alternatives and tips that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle. As an example, she has transitioned from plastic to glass and steel products in her kitchen, and uses eco strips for laundry (they make less waste than plastic containers), and vinegar as an alternative to dryer sheets.

Some of the other subjects that she will touch on during the Simple Solutions to Restore the Earth webinar include: paint, bedding, sheets, flooring, eco-friendly cosmetics and uni-sex hair products, eco-friendly kitchen swaps, water recycling, and an aquaponics system.
