Morales has a number of great alternatives and tips that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle. As an example, she has transitioned from plastic to glass and steel products in her kitchen and uses eco strips for laundry (they make less waste than plastic containers), and vinegar as an alternative to dryer sheets. Some of the other subjects that she will touch on include: paint, bedding, sheets, flooring, eco-friendly cosmetics, and uni-sex hair products, eco-friendly kitchen swaps, water recycling, and an aquaponics system.
