Ingredients
- 3 ounces Jean-Louis Blanc de Blancs Brut (or your favorite sparkling brut)
- 1 ounce Belvoir Farm Elderflower Syrup Mixer (or your favorite elderflower syrup)
- Splash of seltzer water to top
- Sugar, honey and dehydrated lemon wheel for garnish
Directions
Lightly rim the outer edge of your favorite glass with a bit of honey, then lightly dip the rim into sugar, and fill the glass with ice cubes to chill.
In a separate mixing glass or shaker (no ice), pour in your sparkling brut and elderflower syrup, then stir gently to combine. Pour the wine mixture into the ice-filled glass and top with a splash of seltzer water for a fizzy lift. Carefully place the dehydrated lemon wheel on top of the drink as a garnish and enjoy!
