Last month, Scottsdale-based health and wellness company, Plexus Worldwide, received a patent from the United States Patent Office for its product Immune +. The patent protects the company’s formula to “support natural immunity and overall wellbeing,” according to a press release.
Based in Scottsdale since 2008, Plexus is an expert in gut health, providing science-backed wellness products. This patent further solidifies the company’s commitment to using innovative and effective methods for promoting good health. Plexus developed Immune + to support the body’s defense system. The plant-based supplement, developed by Plexus’s in-house research and development team, received a utility patent for the formula, which includes black rice extract, prebiotic mushrooms, ascorbic acid, and an antioxidant blend.
