OOROO Auto Launches 9th Annual Joyride Program to Support Community Members in Need

Local Auto Shop to Gift Reliable Transportation this Holiday Season

Tucson’s OOROO Auto announced the launch of its 9th annual Joyride program, an initiative under its community outreach platform called OOROO Cares, designed to support local recipients with free auto care services during the holiday season.

Reliable transportation is a cornerstone of stability — whether getting to work, school, medical appointments or family events. Through the Joyride program, OOROO Auto will select individuals who face financial barriers to essential repairs and provide complimentary services to help them stay safely on the road.

“Every holiday season, we’re honored to offer the gift of reliable transportation to deserving families in our community,” said Jeff Artzi, founder and CEO of OOROO Auto. “Mobility is more than just a vehicle — it’s independence, opportunity, and peace of mind.”

This year’s nomination window opens on Tuesday, November 4 and runs through Tuesday, November 25. Up to two recipients will each receive up to $1,000 in parts and labor toward vehicle repair, excluding engine, transmission, and subcontracted work.

Nominees must be adults whose primary vehicle requires essential repairs that impact their ability to carry out daily responsibilities. Nominations may be submitted by a friend, family member or colleague, and must include the nominee’s contact information and a short statement describing the need.
