Mastro’s – Under the Mistletoe Holiday Cocktail

Ingredients:

Small handful of raspberries

Rosemary sprig

¼ ounce simple syrup

½ ounce fresh lemon juice

½ ounce Monin Pomegranate Syrup

2 ounces Rémy 1738 Accord Royale Cognac

Directions

Rim your favorite lowball glass with sugar and fill with ice. In a shaker without ice, add the raspberries, rosemary sprig, simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. Muddle well to combine, then fill the shaker with ice. Add the pomegranate syrup and cognac, then shake until thoroughly chilled. Pour your cocktail into the glass and garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.
