On February 21, Green Living’s Health, Wellness & Sustainability event brought together Arizona community members, wellness leaders, environmental advocates, and the health-conscious curious, for a day of education and connection. The event featured a diverse lineup of expert speakers, hands-on workshops, live entertainment, and interactive experiences curated to highlight the connection between personal well-being and environmental stewardship.

Meredith Simon of Root to Leaf Holistic Healing opened the event with a grounding sound and earthing session, inviting guests to gather around and reconnect with the natural rhythms of their body and environment. Throughout the day, attendees participated in a series of expert-led sessions focused on holistic health, longevity, and practical tools to sustainable living. Sessions featured Dr. Roxane Zamora of Imagine Wellness, who spoke about corrective chiropractic care and addressing root causes of physical dysfunction, and Dr. Cintara Bradley of Sonoran University of Health Sciences, who discussed environmental medicine and the growing awareness around obesity, stress, and hormonal imbalances. Fitness expert Jodi Stokes energized the audience with midday squat demonstrations and a talk on functional fitness for everyday health. Troy Casey from Certified Health Nut encouraged attendees to explore alternative health paths, highlighting the connection between personal vitality and planetary wellness.

Breaking up the speaker sessions, Erin Miller of StarDust Herbals led a popular Mindful Mocktails workshop, demonstrating how botanical ingredients and herbal blends can be incorporated into everyday rituals for stress relief and nourishment. Additional educational sessions featured Alessandro Rugge, Ph.D., co-founder of Precision Bone Imaging, Dr. David Owers of Quantum Medicine for You, and Dr. Natalie Shaw of Natural Dental Partners who spoke about the importance of holistic dentistry,
Beyond the seminars and demos, artistic and musical performances created a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout the day. Attendees enjoyed live music from local artist duo WildeP’lay, a DJ set by DJ G-Lo, coffee and matcha pick-me-ups by TwinBeanz, and a live painting by artist Kader Boly, who added a creative twist by incorporating the event’s atmosphere into his piece. The event concluded with attendees and partners networking, followed by closing remarks from Green Living magazine publisher, Dorie Morales.
