Taste of the Desert

Discover the rich flavors of the Sonoran Desert in this engaging workshop. Learn from naturalist Jack Dash about wild edibles and native cultivated plants. Enjoy dishes like palo verde bean edamame, prickly-pear and agave fresca, and mesquite crackers, and take home knowledge on how to integrate Borderlands plants into dishes at home.
