Rainwater Harvesting Class Sponsored by the City of Glendale

Have you ever wondered how to harvest rainwater? Sponsored by the City of Glendale Water Services Department, this Rainwater Harvesting class will take place on March 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The course will teach attendees how to harvest rainwater to create berms, basins, and swales that will reduce flooding and erosion in your yard, along with using rainwater to benefit your plants. To attend, you must register for this event and include your email address in order to receive the Zoom login information. 

This event is all about the Watershed Management Group’s three S’s: slow, spread, and sink. Learn how to use passive rainwater harvesting to create a series of berms, basins, and swales that will direct rainwater to beneficial use for plants while reducing flooding and erosion in your yard. This class is sponsored by the City of Glendale Water Services Department. In order to attend, you must register for this event and include an email address, so that you can obtain the Zoom login information.
