MLK Day of Service 2026
Join Friends of the Verde River for a day of service on MLK Day. Choose from several in-person volunteer projects like trail cleanups, riverbank restoration, planting native trees, picking up litter at local parks, or leading your own cleanup. It’s a powerful way to honor community, stewardship, and shared responsibility for the places we call home. Volunteer locations include sites in Prescott, Chino Valley, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, and Sedona. Bring your work gloves, sturdy clothing, water, and sunscreen. Free. Times and locations vary.
