1-Day Wellness Event was an expertly designed 1-day event that included meditation, yoga, breath work, a sound bath, live Q&As, and interactive talks around mental well-being and resilience in times of crisis.
Attendees of the 1-Day Wellness Event enjoyed sessions on Embodied Yoga Flow with Laura Joplin, breath work and journaling with Akah Jackson, sound healing with Dr. Laura Biagi, along with expert Q&As with Marci Zaroff and Dr. Sheila Patel, among other things.
The 1-Day Wellness Event was hosted by Green Living magazine publisher, Dorie Morales, and founder and CEO of the Wander Home Series, Linden Schaffer. Green Living magazine is a conscious lifestyle publication which is designed to empower others with new ideas and inspirations using nature’s resources to lead people to a more sustainable lifestyle. Alternatively, the Wander Home Series was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic with the goal of making self-care more accessible worldwide.
This collaboration between Green Living magazine and Wander Home is especially unique as it provided a transformational, well-being experience that can be enjoyed from the comforts of your own home and via Zoom. Those wishing to rewatch the event or catch it at a later date, can still experience the transformation benefits of being in this space.
Tickets for replay access to the event start at $28, and are available for up to 2 weeks. While the live event took place on June 24, tickets to the replayed version can still be purchased.
